So I was bored and I was looking around some friend's galleries. And I found
 's Dreamcatcher. ([link]) I gotta tell you, this is the coolest character I've seen. I just love all the legs! And I wondered how such a critter would get around. (some evidence that I think too much) I like looking at frame-by-frame series of animals running, and this sort of turned out. I have no idea if this is actually how an eight-legged canid would run, I think the refs might have skewed it a bit because I was looking at pictures of horses, but whatever. How to Get Pageviews
You surprised me with this.
You managed to make her many legs actually look like they could possibly be there.
She looks magnificent and her anatomy is perfect. Those eight legs are hard to get in there and make them look functional in the least bit.
I've been trying to figure out how to animate her running. A cross between a wolf and a spider...sheesh, I like to make things complicating. X]
I love the scratchy and sketchy look here. Suits the background excellently too.
I've got to try out some of those paper samples from Hibbary. I love the look of them.
